Returns & Exchanges

At Contender Bicycles, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if any item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase in its original, unused condition. Our goal is to get you back on the road or trail with the right equipment as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or RA confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
